-Yearly appraisal (based on performance), worker engagement and career growth. -Hybrid setup -Laid-back management based in PH

Cons

-Sometimes, higher ops may listen to worker's main concerns or feedback regarding their work and their expected output, but they provided a compromise in return. Not strictly a cons, but still going to note it. -Worker must be adaptable to rapid changes in demands from SF management that sometimes workers may not adapt even for long stretches.

Really enjoyed my coworkers, they were super flexible on account of being fully remote, and the work was interesting

Cons

Got laid off along with around 1/4th or 1/5th of the company. They did not do it in a very professional manner. Locked me out of all accounts at 9am. Supposedly they sent an email to my personal account with some information about the layoffs but I did not receive it, so I didn't know what was going on until I got a meeting invite titled "Exit Meeting" to my personal email to meet with the CTO in 10 minutes. I also never got the opportunity to talk to my manager. I'm sure it is difficult to do layoffs as a remote company in general, but they did not handle it particularly well.
