Cons
- CEO had to make company wide apology after screaming and cussing out C-level employee that caused him to leave - A "restructure" in the sales team resulted in 20+ people being laid off. During the termination meeting, they offered us the option to reapply for a new position they created - High turnover in Underwriting and Customer services left sales team with their hands tied and unable to meet over 30% year growth from previous year - Consistent reprioritization of goals. Of course things change, but there is such whiplash, it's hard to know if the project you are working will be valued in 45-60 days.
