Pros
The flight benefits are nice. The work is dynamic and very rarely dull. Depending on the station, you will get to experience in a plethora of different tasks from front desk to pushing out planes and everything in between all of it could be your responsibility.
Cons
The management is inconsistent among the stations, and within the station. The company has a model of promoting high turnover rates a few examples include: Pay which does not reflect the volume of responsibilities placed onto the employees, and the flight benefits are only good if you can get the time available to travel. You can expect to work over your scheduled time, almost every day due to lack of employees and inconsistent management. There is no incentive for further education at the company, the more you learn the more responsibilities that are placed onto you, however you do not get a pay raise for learning.
