Pros

you gain great experience about different aircraft type and procedure to load and unload luggage and other equipment. They split teams to work on two aircraft, so there're lots of break time waiting for next flight to come while other team working on their. The benefits of flying free domestically and very cheap anywhere in the world

Cons

It is Heavy Duty job which requires lifting heavy luggage or cargo sometimes. but manager and supervisor do great job of spreading work duties among employee depending on ability to work this task or find something else to work on.

Pros

The flight benefits are nice. The work is dynamic and very rarely dull. Depending on the station, you will get to experience in a plethora of different tasks from front desk to pushing out planes and everything in between all of it could be your responsibility.

Cons

The management is inconsistent among the stations, and within the station. The company has a model of promoting high turnover rates a few examples include: Pay which does not reflect the volume of responsibilities placed onto the employees, and the flight benefits are only good if you can get the time available to travel. You can expect to work over your scheduled time, almost every day due to lack of employees and inconsistent management. There is no incentive for further education at the company, the more you learn the more responsibilities that are placed onto you, however you do not get a pay raise for learning.
