IS Dept. at Paces West are being over seen by "older" employees that refuse to change their ideas and approach on how on to be efficient and successful. People with "titles" but appear to have no knowledge on how to direct. There is no structure in any form and problems are never resolved juat "patched up". Employees are receiving kickbacks from Vendors hired to provide products and services.
