      Pros

      Pinchin Environmental great benefits, overtime pay, has great reputation in the market and offers great opportunities to learn and grow. Though the environmental industry is very competitive but still It has a good market share

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, overtime and weekend work, no fixed timings, you never know where they are gonna send you for work and if you would be able to see you family for quite some time cause of work committments
