Executives have no idea of what is actually needed for practices to succeed. There are people with absolutely no experience in a practice (I.e. would not even be qualified for a tech position) making decisions about how to run practices whiteout listen to actual experts in the field. There is a reason there is a high turnover rate at Pinchin - there is no future or benefits to being a senior person. A good place for a tech to gain experience. Pay is well below industry standard, especially for the amount of responsibilities asked for. You can go other places and have less responsibilities and more pay.
