      Pros

      Loved working at Pindrop, spent over three years there...incredibly smart people, great environment and office space. Customers are very happy with the software. I enjoyed working at a company that addresses and aims to prevent a real world problem (fraud).

      Cons

      For me there weren't any cons, every start up has growing pains but things are moving in the right direction.

      Pros

      Flexible working space and hours. 100% remote first (though if you live in ATL, you can go into the office) if you choose. Great team dynamic.

      Cons

      Like any small company/startup, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, but even then, you can still get promoted and raises are pretty consistent.
