      Great team members that have no issue rolling up their sleeves to get dirty. Get to work on lots of new things, tons of opportunity to learn and contribute. Quiet on the weekends.

      Pros

      Flexible working space and hours. 100% remote first (though if you live in ATL, you can go into the office) if you choose. Great team dynamic.

      Cons

      Like any small company/startup, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, but even then, you can still get promoted and raises are pretty consistent.
