Pros

Loved the people I worked with.

Cons

The environment was toxic and the HR department didn't do much about it. If you read the reviews, it is clear that something should be done to retain talent. A lot of my female coworkers left because of the toxic environment.

Pros

Flexible working space and hours. 100% remote first (though if you live in ATL, you can go into the office) if you choose. Great team dynamic.

Cons

Like any small company/startup, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, but even then, you can still get promoted and raises are pretty consistent.
