      Incredible work environment and opportunity to work with brilliant minds. Pindrop offers a range of good benefits and good pay as well. The best part I liked is Pindrop always encourage for publishing high quality research publication in top conferences and continuous learning.

      Pros

      Flexible working space and hours. 100% remote first (though if you live in ATL, you can go into the office) if you choose. Great team dynamic.

      Cons

      Like any small company/startup, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, but even then, you can still get promoted and raises are pretty consistent.
