      Really cool tech led by a solid product team fighting the good fight

      Complete loss of culture and vision. Commoditization of most employees. Minimal expansion in product and ICP.

      Pros

      Flexible working space and hours. 100% remote first (though if you live in ATL, you can go into the office) if you choose. Great team dynamic.

      Cons

      Like any small company/startup, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, but even then, you can still get promoted and raises are pretty consistent.
