      Pros

      HR was awesome and offered great support.

      Cons

      Did not support outside learning, tuition assistance, etc. though they said it would be possible during interviews. Make sure to get it in writing! A competitor outbid Pinkerton for the contract and some lost their jobs unexpectedly. Pinkerton did not support people or teams through the transition.

      They were willing to hire me

      Cons

      Refused to pay enough to actually live. Functioned as hourly employees but were forced to work OT for free because of salaries. Anyone who wasn't a white man got extra rules and procedures and nitpicky grammar, etc thrown at them.
