Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear this was your experience during the transition to Pinnacle’s management services. We recognize that change can be challenging, and we take concerns related to communication, support, benefits, compensation, and career growth seriously.
As part of the Michigan transition, Pinnacle committed to maintaining or improving employee pay. No employee wages were decreased as a result of this transition, and we have since increased pay bands for several roles. Our benefits offerings are designed to be comprehensive and competitive within the healthcare market. During annual benefits enrollment, we transparently shared factors contributing to rising healthcare costs, including higher maternity-related claims, as part of broader industry-wide trends, not as a reflection of how we value our workforce.
Pinnacle does not outsource jobs outside the U.S.; rather, our offshore team members supplement our U.S.-based workforce, allowing our patient-facing teams to focus on delivering exceptional care.
We appreciate this feedback and will continue working to ensure our employees feel supported, respected, and aware of opportunities for growth within the organization. If you are interested in providing additional feedback or meeting with a member of our HR team, please feel free to email us at humanresources@pinnaclefertility.com
