You’re constantly encouraged to share ideas, think creatively, and build solutions together. It never feels siloed — everyone is open, supportive, and excited to brainstorm and improve things as a team. And the people? Hands down the best part. The team is not only incredibly talented but also genuinely fun to work with. There’s such a positive, energetic culture that makes even the busiest days enjoyable. We work hard, but we also laugh a lot and celebrate wins together.

The workload has been very heavy at times, and there have been periods where it felt challenging and it’s hard to maintain a good work-life balance. That said, the team is actively growing, and you can see efforts being made to hire and redistribute responsibilities, which is starting to help. As the company continues to scale, there could also be clearer direction around long-term career paths and progression. More structure in that area would make growth opportunities feel even more transparent.
