Pros

They work very well with scheduling, and will give you atleast 32 hours for full-timers even in slow weeks. The team here is great and everyone works hard and communicates. Store room is clean and organized. Plenty of rooms to grow in company.

Cons

Hotel parking isn't always available, but you can park at the nearby parking garage with a discount coupon. Pinnacle will refund your parking bills though which is great! If you are new to AV, it may be tougher keeping up with others due to the knowledge gap and learning curve. It isn't bad if you are committed to learning the trade though and willing to shadow others. Work-life balance is similar to any hospitality/AV job, busy when the work is there and slow when it isn't (moreso for part-time employees)
