      Pros

      The company is a great place to continue a career in the Audio Visual event space in a hospitality environment. It tends to pay a little more than its competitors and employs individuals with previous experience while keeping the door and opportunity open for workers just getting started. It's a good place to learn new skills and develop more in a professional atmosphere.

      Cons

      pay rate is not particularly high for skills you are required to understand and just like any AV job there isn't much work in the summer months.
