Pros

Great culture within Pinterest and great people. Good benefits options

Cons

Big discrepancies in pay between similar roles in the US and Europe. No differentiation between managers pay vs individual contributors. Emphasis on stock options from the company isn't great when it's not worth much. Company is still very US centric and needs to move away from this.
