- the company has invested in the modern tools to help make my job more efficient - decent benefits - creating an inclusive environment that echoes across our employees to pinners and candidates experience - overall positive culture, which could explain why there are a lot of tenured folks - lots of opportunity to be a part of ERG groups and social events to help alleviate any wfh isolation - the company is doing a great job with constantly monitoring their finances and making sure to allocation their resources so that we can prevent any layoffs.
Cons
- work can be a bit siloed and if you're not proactive you probably won't get to meet as many people as you'd like to. - the down side of tenure folks i've noticed is that sometimes they are so comfortable doing things their way for years that it seems a bit harder for them to adapt to new changes even if its for the better - we have a lot modern tools but its being underutilized in some areas - benefits are fantastic if you are trying to start a family or have an existing family. there's not much benefits for singles or for those who aren't looking to utilize any family benefits. - disorganization leads to inefficiency
