      Pros

      Lots of really smart and modest engineers working here. Cool to work with early employees of successful companies like Google/FB/Twitter. Work-life balance is much better than companies of similar size.

      Cons

      The office is located in SOMA, which is not the safest area in SF. The new office is cool, but feels more like a large company than a startup.
