Pros

You get paid weekly which is cool

Cons

* No documentation exists, and what does exist is a poor excuse for documentation. * Process engineers do not effectively perform their roles, yet remain employed. * Nearly every meeting consists of statements like “we are losing millions” and “we are doomed.” * The company relies far too heavily on outside vendors for core engineering work instead of developing in-house capabilities. * It is 2026, and for a manufacturing company to still lack automation is concerning. The fact that just started hiring control engineers is insane. The CEO does not know what they are doing and its a miracle the company is still standing * Equipment is purchased without fully understanding its capabilities or whether it fits the intended application. * Employees are marked for poor performance due to delays caused by vendors, even when project progress is blocked by missing tools or dependencies. * There is an expectation to find unconventional workarounds, followed by criticism when those solutions take time to implement. * Operators are not properly trained, leading to incorrect machine usage and resulting in significant bottlenecks.
