Awful hiring and wrong people in management positions. Management is an absolute joke and no one does anything about it. They really don't care about their employees. Even had a supervisor say if you have a problem just quit instead of helping solve the employees problem. They say everyone is replaceable and show their hardest workers no respect. Its why most of the floor employees are job searching and will leave as soon as they find a new job.
