Pros
Great job with great benefits. If you are willing to work they will keep you busy.
Cons
No advancement unless willing to move. Been told for the last four years been doing next level work but no advancement. Also problem employees are usually ignored causing issues with other employees. To many times they management looks the other way to avoid handling the conflict.
