Pros
Great 401K, decent pay, somewhat flexible shedule when needed.
Cons
Failure to plan well for employee training. Almost a complete lack of succession planning for employee roles and position changes. Favortism is often seen with employees that are more willing to be " yes men/women". Safety is often put aside for production purposes and later blamed on ignorance of the facts when safety issues are percived to be minor/ non life threatening.
