Reduced benefits due to consolidating with Dupont benefits/obamacare over the last few years Exceptional performance is not recognized/rewarded due to HR restrictions based on numbers allowed for each performance descriptor Promotions difficult to achieve within same department...must take position in different dept. to move up the ladder
