Pros
Exposure to many different aspects of company and client. Great office and great people. Leadership is tough, but fair. Everyone united to push the company forward, to be more efficient to their clients and very mission driven.
Cons
Hours can be long, but there is flex time. Being a small company, sometimes one has to work in different capacities, but that can also be a learning experience.
