Pros
My experience with Piper thus far has been phenomenal to say the least. As one of the early members of the Baltimore office, I have had the privilege to watch us grow and expand substantially, both in revenue and headcount. Our office has done an incredible job of maintaining a great culture—a culture centered in a team mentality. Not only do we push each other each and every day, we hold each other accountable to be our best. Even more importantly, with the volatile nature of staffing, we help pick each other back up during the lows, scrape the dust off, and move on to the next position. Cons
While I don't have any specific cons, it is worth noting that the Baltimore office has very high expectations in regard to work ethic and mentality. This is one of the primary reasons for the Office's early success. If you are not prepared to work in a demanding environment, this is not the right position for you.
