At Piper the upper management genuinely invests into your professional development and personal goals. If there's a change you want to make or an initiative you want to run, they will do what it takes to support you and make it happen. Truly a great place to work.
Cons
There can be ugly sides of the Recruiting Industry, but Piper does not stoop. The only negative I can think of is having to be in-person 4 days a week. But even then, the office is stocked with snacks, coffee, and has gym access.

We greatly appreciate your feedback and insight. We are so glad that you feel that level of investment and support from those around you, and it is always important to give our team members some autonomy to achieve great things!
We also know the adjustment to in-person after the last two years can be difficult, and I will share your words with our team. Wishing you the best as you continue to grow with us and thank you for the work that you do!
Very professional and was able to get placed in a job.
Cons
They took a long time to respond to emails, and the directions weren't clear.

Additional Context for Job Seekers
A lot of negative reviews you’ll see here are from consultants or project-side employees, and those experiences don’t always reflect what it’s like to be in sales or recruiting. If you’re interviewing for an Associate Account Manager, Account Manager, or Recruiting role, read those reviews with caution. This is sales. It’s hard, it’s metrics-driven, and it’s not for everyone. But if you’re motivated, competitive, and want to learn how staffing works, you can do well here.
Cons
• Like most sales orgs, if you’re not producing you’ll feel the pressure
• Constant monitoring of numbers can be draining
• Staffing is a tough industry, and AI is making it even tougher. Not every hiring manager values what you bring
• Frequent change in direction creates uncertainty at times
