Pros

Hybrid work schedule is a plus. Open PTO policy. I used to have more pros but it's gone downhill. Other companies pay the same if not better and have the same pros.

Cons

There's a lot of favoritism. The managers care only about protecting top producers in the company. They offer happy hours and sometimes outings to make it seem like a team but it doesn't cover up the downhill office culture. It's toxic.

Thank you for sharing. We take all feedback seriously, whether positive or negative. We are proud of our hybrid approach and our Open PTO policy, in addition to the other great perks of working for Piper. In response to your comments on favoritism, our leaders know well that favoritism is not a component that moves our company in the right direction. For Piper to succeed, we promote a strong culture where team members help one another so that everyone can succeed. As a company that operates within our walls and outside of them, toxicity isn't tolerated in any form. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

Pros

• Great peers who make the workday enjoyable • Leadership has been investing in change, including a new CEO bringing fresh direction • High performers are given flexibility and trust • Exposure to federal contracting and IT staffing, which builds unique industry knowledge • Opportunity to make strong money if you’re willing to grind Additional Context for Job Seekers A lot of negative reviews you’ll see here are from consultants or project-side employees, and those experiences don’t always reflect what it’s like to be in sales or recruiting. If you’re interviewing for an Associate Account Manager, Account Manager, or Recruiting role, read those reviews with caution. This is sales. It’s hard, it’s metrics-driven, and it’s not for everyone. But if you’re motivated, competitive, and want to learn how staffing works, you can do well here.

Cons

• Like most sales orgs, if you’re not producing you’ll feel the pressure • Constant monitoring of numbers can be draining • Staffing is a tough industry, and AI is making it even tougher. Not every hiring manager values what you bring • Frequent change in direction creates uncertainty at times
