Does not rate/promote/pay employees fairly - Senior Software Developer Pitney Bowes Employee Review

People are all expected to do the same amount/quality of work, but are paid significantly differently. Promotions are pretty much non-existent and the rating system is done on a curve so ratings/raises are not fairly given out. Managers are afraid to give a top rating to one employee as that would result in having to give a bad rating to another.
