When you function as a sale person, which are a dime a dozen, you focus on yourself and not the needs of the customer. We are looking for consultants who are not trying to make a quick $$$. Unfortunately "professional interviewers" come to PB expecting to be "given" things without working for them. There are challenges within the company that need resolution, but any true professional with business savy would expect that from a company of this caliber.
