      Good pay, great benefits, good working schedule.

      Cons

      Constant restructure of bonus pay and performance to insure they only pay the minimum possible. Restructured performance to cut sales staff by 25-35% instead of just laying off due to drop in revenue. Always a uphill battle with clients due to poor customer service and cost of service being 2x competitors on average.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
