      Decent training, good co-worker environment.

      Cons

      Product line losing relevance, poor middle to upper management. Lack of respect for employees from management. Very poor pay structure/commission plan. Antiquated sales methodolgy, culture.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for Pitney during my time there. Overall, it was a great experience. They allowed me to work from home, with on-site visits when needed. Everyone was very supportive, including the management team.
