Pros
-Staff is great, supervisors will always be happy to help if you have any questions or issues. -Staff genuinely feels like a family, just about everyone will at least give you a friendly nod at the very least and are always happy to welcome you to the staff -Fans are largely very friendly and easy to help -
Cons
-Working elevators and as a ticket checker can be very boring -Jackets that staff gets is not enough for the windy cold night games the team frequently plays in April and September -No shorts, which can make working warmer gamedays a little more unpleasant -Unruly and drunk fans can be tough to work with, and they have somewhat of a tendency to take out their frustration on newer/ younger employees. Most people calm down eventually after venting their frustration, but it’s the only part of the job that can honestly be frustrating at times, as we often don’t have direct control over their issues
