In my short time with the company, I have found the culture at Pivot Bio to be extremely open and collaborative. I have experienced a strong teamwork atmosphere. It is very exciting to be a member of this start-up company where I know in my role, I play a part in enabling the success of our employees, teams, and organization. I have found my peers to be passionate about their work and contribution towards making a difference in improving the health and sustainability of the world we live in. The values of Solving Creatively, Acting Fearlessly, Modeling Openness, and Inspiring Each Other are not just words to make you feel good – they are modeled every day.
Cons
This is not really a Con. Coming from a larger company where many processes had already been built, I'm looking forward to be part of helping expand the foundation that exists today and build a company that's here for a long time.
