Pros

None; was lied to about “sign-on” bonus initially upon hire. Saw 15 patients a day, observed elderly neglect and the company does not care about patients wellbeing. Expected 93% productivity in skilled nursing facility. No onboarding, no support from management. Only cared about patient census and keeping beds full. No concern for improving the lives of these patients.

Cons

Company deceitful about sign on bonus. Moved to part time and was told they took my bonus away and then when I decided to part ways very shortly after this- the company took the money back from me that was my bonus.

Pros

I work with a wonderful team that is patient focused, hardworking and without drama. The director leads by example and is flexible with time off and schedule needs.

Cons

The director expects a lot with high productivity standards and large documentation requirements. I regularly work off the clock to compete requirements.
