Pros
You get to make your own schedule. You get to work with great people. The pay is good with minimal education required.
Cons
The hours are crazy, a minimum of 50 hrs is required but the didn't pay for overtime when you had to work extra to fulfill the sometimes ridiculous labor plans. You have the be available even on your days off to answer phone calls coming from the store. You don't get a lot of professional people working with you since it's minimum wage you have a lot of young people or uneducated people. The customers many times want to treat you like a doormat. Not any real breaks, many times had to eat standing up.
