Pros
- it's a paycheck - if you work at a franchise that sells alcohol, you can get decent tips sometimes
Cons
- little to no recognition of hard work (for those who deserve it, anyhow) - unorganized management - GM can walk around dubiously while chaos and calamity ensue - high turnover - disconnect between kitchen and foh - shift leaders/assistant managers with superiority complex - servers only care about their section, maximizing tips, and getting out early - unprofessional on all levels, from GM to drivers - employees are treated differently, depending on how much they suck up - suggestive selling and having to learn/promote new products and specials (you get calls from corporate to ensure you're taking phone orders properly, annoying audits, etc)
