Pros
Extremely flexible with scheduling as long as you write down the days you want off ahead of time. Pretty easy job.
Cons
It can get really stressful when management doesn't schedule enough people and it is a really busy night. Though it's not entirely a con because it gives you good experience dealing with stress and being in a rush.
