Pros
Flexible hours It's not a bad job for someone still in school looking to pick up maybe 10 hours a week. At the store level they do promote from within, but you will most likely find a road block once you get to a salaried management position.
Cons
I would like to stress that most of the cons listed here will most likely be found at any of their competitors. Pizza Hut sticks to industry standards, from what I understand it is neither better or worse at any of the other local pizza chains. The pay is low, you will not get any benefits, and your delivery reimbursement will not cover half of your expenses incurred while on the job. With the exceptions of Christmas and Thanksgiving you will be expected to to work on holidays. You are expected to deliver in any and all weather conditions. It's a crappy job meant for college students or people who can't find anything better. You will be treated accordingly by both customers and management. They do not expect you to stay long, in fact they probably don't want you to.
