Pros
Extremely flexible schedule. Fun and easy job. You feel appreciated for what you do. Free food when orders get messed up, laid-back environment, no politics, no favoritism, no ageism or sexism or racism, and I like the majority of my coworkers.
Cons
Management treats customers poorly sometimes and are rude to employees when under stress. Prank calls. Unwilling to fire people who obviously steal money or have poor work performance.
