There is a LOT of work to be done during Q4. Be ready to put in 50hrs/wk minimum during busy times. It gets a little overwhelming, specially if you're new during that time, but it's manageable since everyone is willing to help.
The only things I think could improve to make Plansource perfect are:
- Medical insurance (a little too expensive and not the best)
- Tuition Reimbursement (retain and develop your talent :) )
- Department specific training (the onboarding training is generic and does not prepare you for your role)
- Revamped inhouse training resources/knowledge database (the training materials are very 1996 - long Word docs, etc. but I think this is on the works)
