Pros
When I joined the company nearly three years ago, we had lots of growing pains. However, the leadership listened to the employees and worked very hard to improve critical areas like recruiting, on-boarding, compensation plans, etc. Then, when we were purchased by Vista a year ago, we started to see even more improvements to help us grow as individuals and as a company.
Dayne Williams and his leadership team are everything.
Our leadership, including Vista, care about the growth and success of this company. And they know that if you take care of the employees, the employees step up and deliver.
We still have a few growing pains, but I see us working daily to make improvements for the employees and our customers.
No joke - for me - best job I have had in my entire career.
Cons
Today we are still working on capacity planning just like every other company in our industry (seasonal business). Our implementation process has been an issue in the past but we have a new leader in place who is making daily improvements.
Still short-staffed in some areas but our recruiters are working very hard to fill those positions before our busiest season. Failure to do so will but extra strain on our existing team.
