Pros
-Good infrastructure. The company's been in business for a long while, so they have systems in place to get things done and documented quickly. -Really nice people. Feels like everyone's on the same team and there's not the adversarial approach that sometimes happens between different groups.
Cons
-Not as much R&D going on. Most engineering is driven by marketing, so you sometimes miss out on innovative opportunities. -A smaller company as far as engineering goes, so there's not many opportunities to change jobs or move up.
