Great benefits, a variety of projects, solid team work. The work is generally fulfilling too. There are a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and do things outside of your primarily discipline.

Cons

Communication felt difficult due to using Microsoft Teams which is generally glitchy/difficult to ensure that everyone sees the info they need to see.
