Pros
900 hours of flying a year as a psm based pilot. They have health insurance.
Cons
There is a huge disparity between psm based pilots and pilots at other bases. I flew 900 hours a year while remote based pilots fly about 400. If you divide the f.o. salary by the duty hours I made $11 an hour. I could make more at a fast food place because at least they would pay time and a half. Upgrading to captain is really only a few dollar an hour pay raise. The time you get in a pc-12 is really just as valuable on a resume as instructing in a skyhawk because it's single engine time. Sure you're not getting experience going into tebs 4 times a day but that's not the point to me. I would recommend instructing over here. The flight school I left was paying enough to make the same amount of money as long as I did 10 hours of billable time a week.
