In-house training department, 2-person crews with focus on CRM, ADM and customer service. Home basing also a big plus. Plenty of opportunity for overtime. Scheduling easy to work with.
Cons
Pay improving, but may lag behind other operators. 7/7 schedule is a pro or a con, depending on how you look at it.
