Working with satellite data and some of the brightest engineers and colleagues in the field. Great team solidarity in the Berlin office. If you step up, you can take additional responsibility.
Cons
Upper management seems to be careless about cultural differences between offices and hands down crucial decisions with long-lasting negative impacts without prior consultations, even as the company policy is stating otherwise. Taking on additional responsibilities is not acknowledged in compensation reviews.
