Pros
- Planet is developing an interesting new earth observation concept - You can meet some nice and interesting people (like in many other places) and learn from them

- Too much politicking for a company of this size - Backstubbing is normal practice. Some people are too agressive in their race to the top - Employees are treated like merchandise too often -very aggressive hire & fire policy - At Planet I have met some of the most arrogant people ever. Be humble, be nice... - Middle management is not very experienced - The "save the world" or "make the world a better place" mantra is not credible any longer here. To be profitable and sustainable in the long run you end up doing business with those who do not quite fit that philosophy. - At operational level, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing too often - Internal communication is just broken - Too many purposeless meetings!!!
