At Planet we feel it is important to contribute to employee's career goals and development. For newer managers we’ve recently developed an ongoing “Managers at Planet” program to provide tools on being an effective manager. We’re confident we’ll continue to see growth and will continue to provide Learning & Development opportunities.. Culture Amp surveys are intended to be a snapshot of a point in time. While there is always room for improvement, we have seen a +10% increase in our global results and a +13% increase in San Francisco alone since our October 2018 survey! We’re actively targeting different areas that will continue with that trend.
